few weeks ago, Twitter released its third quarter earnings for 2015. The company’s stock hit an all-time low after hours after it reported another quarter of disappointing user growth and weak revenues.
The company has generated $569 million the third quarter. Ads revenue are up 60% ($513 million) and 86% of those revenues come from mobile. The platform has 320 million Monthly Active Users (MAUs). This number is up 11% year-over-year. Among those 320 million MAUs, 80% access the site on their mobile devices.
Twitter lost 132 million last quarter and had spent $106 million on capital expenditures, such as purchase of property and equipment.
Twitter recently partnered with Square to enable U.S. political donations through tweets.
